Workshop I - All about Entrelac - maximum attendees = 6

Have you always wanted to try this unusual technique but were put off by it's perceived complexity? Well, let us show you how easy it can be! You will knit a beautiful headband made from very soft 100% wool imported from Australia. All materials are included in the workshop fee except your knitting needles. Please bring a pair of 5.0 mm double pointed needles with you. Suitable for beginners, you only need to know how to cast on, knit, purl and cast off. The rest you will learn on the day.

 

Workshop II - Introduction to Lace knitting - maximum attendees = 6

This workshop will introduce the fundamentals of lace knitting through the creation of a gorgeous pair of fingerless gloves. Knitted flat and seamed, the gloves are made from the finest UK alpaca and bluefaced Leicester wool blend for softness and durability. With lots of colours to choose from, these are perfect for your own wardrobe or a holiday gift for that special someone. All materials are included in the workshop fee except your knitting needles. Please bring one pair of 4.0 mm needles with you. Suitable for beginners. You only need to know how to cast on, knit, purl and cast off. The rest you will learn on the day.

Cost for Saturday only is £99

 

7 lucky people (or more if you share a room) have the option of staying overnight for an additional £50 each. This price includes your room, dinner on Saturday evening and a hot breakfast on Sunday.
